It's Official

I finally registered for the Berbee Derby 10k (http://www.berbeederby.com/).

It seems like it was quite a bit less climactic than the 5k. I video taped that one. I'll admit, though, that that video left a bit to be desired. I spared you the minute it would have taken to watch me register online.

That said, it's still a big deal. I'm really looking forward to race day and everything it brings. Getting the pre-race packet and goodies and bib number. Preparing the morning of the race and getting there and milling about amongst all the other runners. I think I'm going to see a lot of people I know there, so that'll be fun, too. I'm sure most, if not all of them, will beat me. That's ok, though. We're part of the same family. I love that.
